By using Noodlex services you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your Discord account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
No illegal activity, abuse, malware, spam, or resource exhaustion. We may suspend or terminate service for violations or unpaid balances.
Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing is shown in USD; checkout is processed via Paddle. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Refunds are generally not provided for prepaid credits or partially used periods. If there is a billing error or a legal right to a refund applies in your jurisdiction, contact us and we will review the case. Chargebacks for valid payments may lead to account suspension.
We provide Discord bot hosting on a best-effort basis with target uptime but no guaranteed SLA. Maintenance windows or outages may occur.
Noodlex is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost revenue, data, or other indirect damages.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
