This refund policy explains when refunds may be granted for Noodlex services and credits.
Credits are prepaid and generally non-refundable once purchased or partially used, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe there is a billing error, contact us with details. Valid errors will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
Filing a chargeback for a valid payment may lead to account suspension. Please reach out to support first to resolve issues.
